Username and password

You need a username and a password to get access to the Uitwisselmap.com server. Subscription holders receive this information from LMFS. Other users receive their login information from the subscription holder.

Log in with a web browser

– Open your web browser application – Go to http://www.uitwisselmap.com – Enter your username and password – Click the ‘Log in’ button to go to your directory

Log in with an FTP client

– Open your FTP client application – Open a new connection window – Enter the hostname ftp.uitwisselmap.com – Enter your username and password – Click the ‘OK’ or ‘Connect’ button to go to your directory

Log out

After you have finished uploading and/or downloading files you need to disconnect from the server. This avoids other people being able to abuse your account. When using a web browser you click ‘Log out’ in the top-right corner of the menubar. When using an FTP client you close the connection window. This will disconnect you from the server.
